  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If an item is unavailable or delayed, you will be notified via email, and we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items, destination, and shipping method chosen.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and size of the order, as well as the shipping method selected.

5. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. DH Inspired cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Issues at customs (for international orders)

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at dhinspired1@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the carrier has taken possession of the order, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
